All prices are per room, per night with breakfast and VAT included. Minimum of two nights stay over the weekend, three nights during Bank holiday's and Brighton Pride Festival.

Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 nights and longer.

Check in 3pm - 4pm or later by arrangement.

Booking Policy:

At the time of booking a deposit of 25% will be taken from your credit or debit card. Deposit is non refundable.

Full reservation details will be confirmed on receipt of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of arrival for whatever reason the total cost of the booking will be taken.

When a reservation is for a two or three night minimum weekend stay, cancellation of only one or two of those nights will not be allowed and cancellations will be subject to payment in full.

The Rooms

Room One
Room 1

Room One is the largest room in the house, with high ceilings and full height bay windows, it would have been the original drawing room.

Room One has just been completely refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room. We are sure you will be able to relax and unwind in the large airy room with the large comfortable bed, egyptian cotton linen, fresh new decor, flat panel TV with freeview channels, comfy leather armchairs, well stocked hospitality tray and toiletries.

Imagine enjoying a drink before strolling (approximately one minute) to the beach to watch the sunset.

Room Two
Room 2

On the first floor, Room Two overlooks the courtyard. A calm room with neutral themes, this room is a standard double with en-suite shower room.

Room two has just been completely refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room. It has a double bed with Egyptian cotton linen, fresh new décor, flat panel TV with freeview channels, comfy leather armchairs, well stocked hospitality tray and toiletries.

Room Three
Room 3

Room Three is another large king-sized room, with a large bay window and is located on the second floor.

On the second floor, Room Four overlooks the rear courtyard. A fresh, light and airy room, this room is a standard double with en-suite shower room.

Room Five
Room 5

Located at the top of the house, accessed by its own staircase, Room Five overlooks the rooftops to the rear of the house. A cosy attic room with a fabulous, freestanding roll top slipper bath in the room. A calm retreat where you can relax and unwind. Not suitable for people over 6ft tall due to the sloping roof line.
